We joined the smart loading robot in the line for loading glass. The whole line can match with robot & ERP system, washing machine to realize automatic production.

Machine transmission is with high speed. Our max. grinding speed reach 20m/min for rough grinding. Our equipment is with ABB brand high precision grinding motors.

The whole line motors are controlled by frequency conversion. In order to make the whole line more energy-saving, the motor group would be slow down automatically if there is no glass processing in the machine.

In one word, this is the high speed, high precision, high rigidity, low energy consumption, low temperature rise, low noise production.
