This production line consists of one intelligent glass size measuring table, two double edgers and one L-Shape transfer table. The port is available for connecting the measuring table with ERP system and scanning system to facilitate the automatic production need. Glass measuring table is used to transfer and position the glass to be processed, make an accurate measurement of length, width and thickness of the glass, and transmit the data to double-edge grinder and other processing equipment for further glass processing.

This double edger can grind/polish two flat edges of glass at same time. This machine adopt PLC control and operator interface.
The mobile grinding section moves along linear twin ball bearing guide. The transmission is implemented through twin ball bearing lead screws, which is driven by motor with break.
The rise/fall of upper tracking system and upper arris motors are driven by motors. It can be set automatically according to different glass thickness input.
